Christopher Maul is a London based fashion stylist and journalist.

After studying law at the University of York, Christopher embarked on a career in fashion. He  went on to assist Tatler Russia‘s and Allure Russia‘s Fashion Director Anya Ziourova, Zoo Magazine‘s Fashion Director Lotta Aspenberg and L’Uomo Vogue‘s former Fashion Director Margherita Gardella, travelling worldwide on various projects. He also spent five months interning in Dubai for GraziaHarper’s Bazaar Art and Esquire, where he soon earned the title of Staff Writer.

In 2015 he graduated from the MA Fashion course at Central Saint Martins with Merit.

Christopher now works as Fashion Director at D’SCENE, a magazine he founded with friend Zarko Davinic. In its fourth issue, the title is distributed around Shanghai, Taipei, Beijing, Milan, Paris, Porto, Berlin and London. The publication’s website, Design Scene, attracts more than 2,000,000 readers each month and has over 285,000 social media followers.

He styles for various international titles, including L’Officiel, L’Officiel Hommes, ELLE, ELLE Man, SHOWstudio, South China Morning Post and Esquire. Some of his clients include Nicholas Kirkwood, Warner Music, Capitol Records and Good Solider Songs.

Not just a stylist, Christopher has established himself as a freelance writer. He has penned articles for Wonderland, Grazia, Esquire, Good Housekeeping and D’SCENE, covering all topics from fashion and lifestyle to politics and music.
